The second grade classrooms are participating in Hearts Across America. They have received Valentine's cards from 37 states, Japan, St. Thomas Island, and Puerto Rico! They are hoping to receive a card from all 50 states. The remaining states are Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Louisana, West Virginia, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont. If you know someone from these states, the second graders would love to hear from them! This has been a fun learning project for the kids!

The Project HELP Preschool program will be offering free developmental screens for 2-5 year olds in the Cumberland school district on March 20 and 21. We will start taking screening appointments on February 27.
