Flag football practice begins this Tuesday, September 13, from 6:00 PM-7:30 PM. Practice will be at the school in the grass area west of the unit office. Participants will need to bring cleats (if they have them) and a water bottle marked with their name. Practice is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until the final game on October 1. Cumberland High School's new gym flag was revealed tonight at the first home volleyball game. Thank you to Kathryn Hodges Charitable Trust and Bob and Jeannie Carr for their contribution towards the flag.
Crush Cancer T-Shirts are available to order until September 14. All additional funds will go to assist Brittany Gilbert, Cumberland Middle School teacher, with her medical expenses.
Health forms and Dental Bus forms are due to the school nurse on Friday. If your child has not brought these forms home, they are still available at both school offices.

Open House Tonight!
This week several students got a sneak peek of their school year. Yesterday, the freshman class had “Pirate Training” and tonight the 5th graders attended an orientation of middle school. Don’t worry if you weren’t one of these students. All students and parents can visit the classes and meet the teachers on Friday, August 19, from 6-8 PM at Meet the Teacher Night.

HS Cross Country
There will be a Parents meeting on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 6 pm at the Toledo Rez Pavillion for those interested in running for High School Cross Country. Parents/Guardians of all runners need to plan to attend to receive paperwork and schedules for the upcoming season.
Cumberland HS Cross Country practice begins on Monday August 8th at 7 pm at the Toledo Rez. All players must have a sports physical in order to participate. SBL Toledo Clinic is doing sports physicals on Wednesday August 3 from 3-6 pm. Please call the clinic for more information.
