Cumberland Schools will participate in Hat Day and Purple Day on Monday, May 16, to raise money for the Lupus Society of Illinois and the Greenup Lupus Support Group. Students may wear a hat with a $1 donation.
The Pink Out game vs. Windsor Stew-Stras was a success. We will be able to make a generous donation to each of the 4 families because of all those that donated!

The home softball game today has been moved to Hutsonville. The game will start at 4:30.
Cumberland High School will host Scholarship Night on Tuesday, May 10 at 7:00 PM in the high school cafeteria.
With the LPC meet moving to Monday, the high school track team will no longer be going to the Altamont Open next week.
The high school conference track meet has been postponed to Monday.

Today the seniors received and opened letters that they wrote to their senior selves when they were 8th graders.

The boys track meet originally scheduled for May 14 has been moved to Friday, May 13 at 4:00 PM.
Students from Foods II classes visited the Firefly Grill in Effingham for lunch and a tour of the restaurant.
There will not be a JV game after the Varsity Baseball game tonight.
