The baseball game scheduled for Saturday with Vandalia has been moved to Thursday (3/30) at 4:30 PM.

The Foods II classes have been baking "poke" cakes this week. They tried four different recipes and each one turned out great. Yum!

The softball game at Charleston on Wednesday has been moved to Thursday (3/30). Same game time.

Baseball today (3/27) vs. Robinson has been canceled. The game has been rescheduled to May 2.

Senior Speech students attended Lake Land College’s Broadcast Communications Open House where they were able to run TV cameras, work with a green screen, record radio promos, and go live on the air.











Cumberland High School juniors and seniors, including those attending Bridges, need to have a form filled out in order to attend Post Prom. These forms can be found at the CHS office.

Baseball and softball at Cumberland are canceled today (3/24).

The softball game today (3/21) at Charleston has been postponed and moved to next Wednesday, March 29. There will be both a Varsity and a JV game that day starting at 4:00 PM.

Reminder: Grades 9, 10, and 12 will be on Remote Learning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 22. Juniors should report at 7:45 AM for SAT testing.

Megan Walk, District Librarian, was honored today as a 2023 Hometown Hero by the Modern Woodmen of America. She was recognized for her accomplishments and contributions to the community. Congratulations, Mrs. Walk!

Students in Foods II made various cookie bars. One of the recipes was Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies. They were delicious!

Cumberland High School students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will be on remote learning on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Students will receive hard copies or information through Google Classroom on what should be completed on this day. Students in grade 11 are required to attend to participate in SAT testing, a state requirement for graduation. Please contact the high school office with any questions.
