The Cumberland High School Ecology class of 2004 collected data for the Illinois RiverWatch project on September 24, 2004.  We took half a day out of school to go to the Hurricane Creek in Greenup, Illinois and collect data about the creek and its organisms.  We recorded data about the stream habitat, and then we collected organisms (macroinvertebrates) to analyze in the classroom.  The following links include a summary of our data for Illinois RiverWatch 2004.
